If you do currently believe HAARP is testing weather control, please elaborate and provide a link or two.

I have yet to see a correlation back to HAARP and our current round of weather.

Is Haarp real though? Can the weather really be manipulated to the extent of creating storms??

The only credible thing I have read about weather modification is the UN law banning it, that goes back to the 70's I think. ITs not allowded in modern warfar, but this doesnt include the lengths people believe weather warfare is possible, its just other non techno means like they used in WW2 like creating fog etc.

haarp studies the upper atmosphere, that's it. i know people who have worked there and they say nothing weird is going on.

in august i'll be going to puerto rico to work at the arecibo array doing similar work. expect a lot of research done on my part to try and disprove all this weather control nonsense.
