I can say that he was one of very few people in my life that I was nervous to meet, as his reputation as a great man and member of ATS preceded him.
Iam so lucky I had the opportunity to shake his hand, and admire the beautiful NY skyline with him.
Thank you WOS, for everything.

This is such sad news, I was just thinking about WOS the other day and wondering how he was getting on.

Although I never had any contact directly to him I remember reading some of his posts years ago made me become a member to this site so I could contribute to one of his threads.

Thoughts with his friends and family

Rest in peace WOS

I had the immense pleasure of talking with WOS whilst working on the Tinwiki.

He took as much time as needed to help me learn the Tinwiki ways.

John, your time spent with me on Tinwiki has not been forgotten. Your patience and kind words always came through in a manner that was pleasing and calming.

I am proud to be able to say I worked with you in order for ATS and Tinwiki to grow and be far more than it ever has been.

Rest in peace my friend.

Just like Jkrog, your name, work and memories of you will forever be in the pages of ATS.

Long live ATS. May we never forget those who aid us towards denying ignorance.

God bless WOS.
His Camp Hero investigation threads are one of the reasons I discovered ATS.
Rest in Peace....

Take some time to review one of WOS old threads about his Camp Hero investigations and how he thought he got cancer.

While I did not know William One Sac in person, he never made you feel any lesser than you were, and in dealing with him as a fellow ATS'ers, and through the TinWiki, he was always a positive force for our commitment to Deny Ignorance.

My hat is off and in a solemn moment of sadness for his passing.

He will be missed, he will never be forgotten, and he will assist God in defeating Satan.

Satan is the great master of all conspiracies and those who serve his bidding.

And I know William One Sac will crack the greatest conspiracy of all.

Three different poems come to mind when I think of this heartfelt man.

Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds and shall find me unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.

Invictus by :William Ernest Henley

Because John never backed down from any challenge and never stopped giving.

I never saw a wild thing sorry for itself.

A small bird will drop frozen dead from a bough without ever having felt sorry for itself.

David Herbert Lawrence

Because John never once felt sorry for himself or others but gave selflessly.

Life is either a daring adventure or nothing.

Security does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it.

Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than exposure.

Helen Keller

Because John knew to never stop trying no matter the odds like any great conspiracy theorist.

Several years ago, as I was starting to research this weird "conspiracy" thing, I stumbled on the most fascinating investigative thread on a place called "Camp Hero". The thread captured me, enthralled me, hooked me. I had to know more. Before I knew it I joined this weird "ATS" web site and haven't been the same since.

Rest in peace - you will be missed

Good-night! good-night! as we so oft have said
Beneath this roof at midnight, in the days
That are no more, and shall no more return.
Thou hast but taken up thy lamp and gone to bed;
The ATS membership stay a little longer, as one stays
To cover up the embers that still burn.

RIP William One Sac

I didn't know you, however - that makes no difference at all.

There was a beautiful, extra, shiny star in the sky last night and I believe it was you.

Peace and goodnight x

Never without an edit.. Excuse me.

Man I have been about this site for longer than I care to recount. WoS was always friendly and outgoing to the noobs. He went out of his way to help me feel comfortable on the site. Even broguth me over to his site (Subversive element) to hold random musings there.

When my son was born, 7 years ago, he was very sick. Almost did not make it out of the hospital. I lamented a lot on the boards about it. WoS, again, stepped up and provided comfort and friendship. After my son made it out of the hospital WoS and I would chat and I'd send him pictures so he could see the guy he nicknamed 4.5 (though I can't remember why exactly this nickname developed, the thought of makes me smile).

When he was first taken ill with cancer he took it without complaint. I was a mod here at the time and I remember everyone being very upset, he came to tell us to shut it, he would be fine. He was, for a long time, though I know there were significant periods of pain and uncertainty. He's fine now, I hope. If nothing else I hope he finally has the answers to all the questions he sought after for those many years (and figures out a way to post them here!).

I'm not ashamed to admit I have shed a tear or two since finding out this terrible news.

Cheers to WoS. May he rest in peace.

Obs out

Peace John, I never knew you so flowery words would be a disrespect to you. Sleep easy and maybe I will get the privilege of meeting you in another life?
