I am so sad to hear this.
I have read some of his stuff, and he came across as a cracking lad.

Thoughts with his family and friends.

RIP John.
You'll never walk alone.

Thank you, John, for your contributions in this Life. Life goes on in a better way because of you. My condolences to your family.

Knew very little about him apart from the basics, that he was a founder and an upstanding guy, and I did find his stuff on Camp Hero very interesting listening and reading.

So all I have a right to give is my condolences to his family and friends. Never the right way to depart this world, but he's free from any pain and suffering now.

May his families grief fade in time and his memory never die.

Fly away from here John you are free.

A good man that should be inspiration for us all.

Condolences to friends, family and of course to the ATS Staff.

I had hoped he had beat it. He fought like a hero.

Goodbye John you are missed.

Sorry to read it.

R.I.P Brother ... Its only a matter of time we will all join you as our turn comes up.

I joined too recently to have enjoyed his threads at their inception.

However, like all forums I'm a member of, I dig into the back posts of the respected and long-standing members and can gladly say that I have read his material. A good read.

...and a class act.

RIP William One Sac

Farewell for a season. The long battle is ended and now you can rest. Enter into the joy of life after life. Soon each of us will journey also, perhaps to meet and remember our time here. Until then, we will anticipate that glad reunion.

i never imagined WOS to be as 'robust' as his pic on the top of the page shows him to be.

i guess i'm wrong on 'Fred' also... in my minds eye both are
really thin but tanned individuals...say 5'8" & 130 lbs

in comparison i'm 5'8" & a pasty white, 185 lb, beer belly, lush...
so be it

A crawford entered the world as an equal sort
Condemned to judgement of earths’ juries’ court

John entered the world, as an equal he would come
Laws so numerous to count, was he truly welcome?

William One Sac, were our mandatory expectations meant to save
play any part what so ever in sending you to the cemetery grave?

If children of all ages could just choose to stay
If children of all ages could be permitted to play
It wasn’t our expectations and laws in his way??

So, I’m regretful my friend for my actions and behaviors in my part
Had any effects what so ever in burdening the passions of your heart

reflecting on what common sense demonstrates is family or friend
Alas, he is gone, is it done, at peace and at one, death is not end
no require by mandatory expectations that he needs to pretend
And unto his afterlife we try to detect why away we have to send
a member of a.t.s. , a relationship's errors we can no longer mend?

I was at work today showing off my new droid phone. I had a couple of my co-workers/friends around me during lunch when I was showing it off and loaded up ATS and I noticed the ATS logo was changed and a photo of John with the grim words below him. It took my breath away. I don't know how long I sat their absorbing the impact. A co-worker finally asked what's wrong? Geez.. I was teary eyed and speechless..

Rest in peace John.
