The Truth About Facebook

Just playing devil's advocate here...why does it matter if the gov't has all this information on you? I may be missing something, but I'm not seeing the harm.

I just spent the last (seemingly forever) few minutes removing all the application authorizations from my page, and deleting them.

I play family feud with my wifey on FB. She ain't into my rabbit-hole(s). If I delete my FB account, I'm afraid I'll really be subjected to a family feud.!!

She's a head-strong/strong-willed Italian. And just because I can wrestle and hold her to the ground, it doesn't mean squat!!!

All I can do is be informed, and there for her when TSHTF. Then I can say "I told you so."

FB sux even without the controversy.

Why would anayone put their personal details on facebook, how about just a name, it's your own decicion what you want the world to know about yourself. Everything on the net is being tracked and stored. Even cellphone records.
