New 'strawberry' crab species found off Taiwan

I thought this was just amazing looks like a strawberry.

A marine biologist said he has discovered a new crab species (lNeoliomera Pubescens) off the coast of southern Taiwan that looks like a strawberry with small white bumps on its red shell.

until the oil stops leaking im sure there will be lots of mutations, and new species will emerge

as a person who is basically in love with the ocean, i am thrilled by this, but not surprised.

it is not a mutation that has been brought about by BP, rather one brought along by nature, why? i can't say.

we actually know more about the surface of pluto more than we do our ocean floors. it is really no surprise that we discover new species like every day down there

Actually I think it looks a lot more like this mushroom, the fly Amanita.

IMHO it is far closer in resemblance to the mushroom than the strawberry. Take a look at the pics.
