I wouldn't consider anything from any of the bloggers at "The Examiner" as reliable.

It is always easier to ask what Obama hasn't done that is illegal. It is amazing that the oil spill has been allowed to go on this long, could it be that it will help Obama push his ill concieved 'cap and tax' plan? Prevent more drilling and thus insure that the US is finally energy independant? Of course it does, Obama's dream is to bring the US to its knees so we can assume our new place in the world as a third world power, how is all that Hope and Change working for you?

Did you NOT even read the link posted by Bigbomb456 on page 2 of this thread?? It too is by a blogger, but how can anyone totally ignore all the proof/links she has shown on her story?? If your waiting for the Mainstream Media to report this, your going to be waiting till eternity..

Bombshell expose'. The real reason the oil still flows into the Gulf of Mexico.

If you dig a little deeper you will find NALCO is also associated with Warren Buffett, Maurice Strong, Al Gore, Soros, Apollo, Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, Hathaway Berkshire.
Warren Buffet /Hathaway Berkshire increased their holdings in NALCO just last November. (Timing is everything).

This is NALCO:

Their stock took a sharp jump, up more than 18% at its highest point of the day today, after it was announced that their product is the one being used in the Gulf. Nalco’s CEO, Erik Frywald, expressed their commitment to “helping the people and environment of the Gulf Coast recover as rapidly as possible.” It may be that the best way to help would be to remove their product from the fray.

How many freakin links, ifo, connections, proof, do we need, to see thazt something is VERY VERY wrong here??? How many more do we need before we all stop making up excuses for our Goverment, our President! I could provide 100's of links directly linking this oil spill to CORRUPTION, to Goldman-Sachs, to Rezko, to Gore, to Buffet, to President Obama himself, and the mainstream Media would NEVER report it, and people like you would never take the time to even read it!!! If you dont want to take the time to read and research, then DONT waste others time by simply saying:

I wouldn't consider anything from any of the bloggers at "The Examiner" as reliable.

Bloggers ARE the Mainstream Media now..If we didnt have their hardwork, and dedication into finding the TRUTH, all the news we would get is how Obama went on another vacation or had another freakin concert at the White House!
You want to stay in the dark with blinders on, you go right ahead....

Obama has strong ties to both BP and Goldman-Sach, isn't it amazing that Godman-Sach sold off its holdings in BP right before the leak, isn't it amazing that the leak fits into Obama's dream of a US completely ebholding to the Islam world for its oil supplies and it virtually insures the passing of cap and tax, even over the disapporval of the American people.

Eagleheart65 i was going to quote a few posts you put up but then i kept reading and couldnt decide which one to use because they are all saying EXACTLY what i want to say....i dont mean to derail the thread but just giving props where they are due. I hate how everyone thinks Mr. Obama is soo innocent and has no idea what is going on...he is a much better president than anyone else ever ever ever....NO!!! Wake up! His hands are just as bloody as the last guys. The paper trail speaks for itself and if all you guys want to sit and think hes just a good guy trying to make his way in this world, think again. Has anyone even thought about how an unknown senator gets to be the PRESIDENT!!! Well i will tell you its not through being a "good guy" or a "cool person" its through the same sleezy business tactics used by the people you hate.

Yea actually i have heard some mention of that. I saw a video online of them using a nuke to seal an old above ground well. It actually worked well, but yes i do believe that will be the last resort action of our government. I personally think that its a good idea and people will say that its going to damage the eco system and blah blah blah etc but look at all the problems its causing now. Also a lot of speculation has been going around about a hurricane hitting and spreading all that oil inland too soo i think something needs to be done before anything on that scale about a disaster that would be terrible.

Obama is held at will to corporate power....just as every President since REAGAN. They can either play along...or they will be eaten alive.

Obama couldn't have become President WITHOUT CORPORATE BACKING.

It's impossible in today's climate.

It's not is FACT. Healthcare reform was never was a CORPORATE HEALTH CARE BILL.

Insurance companies wanted the mandates...they wanted EVERYONE to be forced to by health insurance. Big Pharma cut deals with Obama as well LONG BEFORE the bill was signed into law.

What amazes me...both Democrats and Republicans seem to let this slide. Democrats or liberals seem to be (wait and see)...and Republicans just call it Socialism.

It's all BS....thankfully SOME have awakened to this with the entire BP oil disaster....and this includes Liberals AND Progressives.

Just askin but are you getting any oily sheen to the standing rainwater?
Noticed any different small with the rain or any different texture etc?
Is the rainwater itself clean when caught iin a clean container?
are you monitoring this at all locally?I should think this would be very important to keep samples from rainwater and date them...

This oil mess is pissing me off more and more every day. For all we know nothing is being done about it. All we have is the word of the government and a huge corporation to go on as information relating to stopping the flow of oil. When was the last time the government or any massive corporation was likely fully honest and straightforward about anything? I'm willing to bet that those occasions are very rare. And to make matters worse, those in charge of the situation are actively blocking outsiders from getting near to the scene. So we're left having to trust these dishonest bastards while they keep us from knowing the truth. That alone should be reason enough to suspect that there is more to the situation that what we're being lead to believe.

Its bull what they are telling everyone. They can stop that leak if they really wanted to. This is a terrorist attack on Americans, think of it that way.

Get on your telephones and also email your representatives. Bombard them with calls. You know some of your representatives have come right out and told me, "They don't hear enough from the general public." O.K lets get them on this lets bombard them. Lets start posting their email addresses and phone numbers of there offices. Will be nice but we are not going to take this anymore.

Remember those words

Grrrrrrrrrr, I live between Gulport and Biloxi, and the oil is now hitting the beaches. I just got home from grocery shopping, having to grab only a few things because once again, I got a nose bleed, which is something I haven't had in decades, but 3 times this week? We are also having massive amounts of rain, everyday.

*THAT* would be the Hydrogen Sulfide.

Among the host of challenges facing operators in the Gulf of Mexico are HPHT wells that pose completion issues requiring new technologies in tubing, fluids and intelligent well monitoring.

Most often seen in the Gulf’s ultra-deep shelf region along the coast, HPHT wells can have bottomhole temperatures in excess of 400°F. “Because of the hostile environment in HPHT wells, including the presence of H2S (sour gas) and the pressures that are required, we use exotic materials such as high nickel alloys,” said Arthur Loginov, technology integration manager, Weatherford.

Hydrogen Sulfide Exposure:
Exposure to lower concentrations can result in eye irritation, a sore throat and cough, nausea, shortness of breath, and fluid in the lungs. These effects are believed to be due to the fact that hydrogen sulfide combines with alkali present in moist surface tissues to form sodium sulfide, a caustic.[10] These symptoms usually go away in a few weeks.

Long-term, low-level exposure may result in fatigue, loss of appetite, headaches, irritability, poor memory, and dizziness. Chronic exposure to low level H2S (around 2 ppm) has been implicated in increased miscarriage and reproductive health issues among Russian and Finnish wood pulp workers,[11] but the reports have not (as of circa 1995) been replicated.

* 0.00047 ppm is the recognition threshold, the concentration at which 50% of humans can detect the characteristic odor of hydrogen sulfide,[12] normally described as resembling "a rotten egg".
* Less than 10 ppm has an exposure limit of 8 hours per day.
* 10–20 ppm is the borderline concentration for eye irritation.
* 50–100 ppm leads to eye damage.
* At 100–150 ppm the olfactory nerve is paralyzed after a few inhalations, and the sense of smell disappears, often together with awareness of danger.[13][14]
* 320–530 ppm leads to pulmonary edema with the possibility of death.
* 530–1000 ppm causes strong stimulation of the central nervous system and rapid breathing, leading to loss of breathing.
* 800 ppm is the lethal concentration for 50% of humans for 5 minutes exposure (LC50).
* Concentrations over 1000 ppm cause immediate collapse with loss of breathing, even after inhalation of a single breath.

You're referencing a user made examiner article. For all we know, you authored that article as well. Why don't you try citing to a real news article rather than some guy's blog?
