Since they already have a song writer: Kara; and,
Since they already have a producer/musician: Randy; and,
Since they already have a comedian: Ellen

I think they should have someone who is a music aficionado. Wasn't that all Simon really was anyway...A rude music aficionado....with limited taste.

I believe Stern would fit nicely, but they couldn't pay him enough...not after making a Billion off of Sirius. Maybe someone from Rolling Stone Magazine or some other music related publication.
