This is not looking good folks. A second incident involving the loss of civilian lives bringing humanitarian aid to Gaza, and seeking to test Israel's blockade, will only pour gasoline on the flames already raging around the world. An aid carrying ship has embarked from Italy and expects to meet up with another ship on its way to Gaza. Events should unfold over the next few days. No mention yet as to whether these ships will be escorted by Turkish Navy.

Protests need to be done peacefully.

Not many replies yet, people not sure what to say about this???... speechless....

We need neutral ships to park themselves between Israeli navy and Turkish navy if it comes down to that.

If Isreal attacks ships in international waters again and said ships are carrying only humanitarian aid, I would find it rather unlikely that they would get much support from anyone except those that *blindly* support them.

This might be the start of world war III, but as if more often the case in such things, it will end up as nothing.

One more incident, and there will be war for sure.

Israel just won't learn.... it wants war, and it will get war

Well, they tested the waters with the first ships... While recreating the situation of international condemnation that surrounded the SS Exodus, and now they are pushing for another go at running the blockade (with/without Turkish naval ships) which will just push the point home.

In the meanwhile I hope Egypt fully opens the border (not just for limited humanitarian supplies) simply to overt further loss of life, that will just fuel more loss of life, and yet more loss of life...

While all these additional threats will do is push Israel further and further into a corner and isolation playing into the hands of the hawks.

This is just another example of muslims engaged in jihad against non-muslims in an effort to spread Islam. The formula for 1,400 years.

A flotilla of aid ships my butt. A boatload of crazed muslims engaged in violent jihad in an effort to make Islam dominant in Israel.

I hope the Israelis kick their Allah worshipping butts right back to Mecca.

kind of speach less, prepared for war?
they going to sink the ships this time?

and i am woundering will Turkey send in a armed escort with those ships,
and would Israel risk firing on a turkisj navel ship only to be fired on in return and start a conflict that will be more bloody then that of the conflicts it started wih its neigbours in leb and gaza who didnt use their military to fight back and didnt have the weapons to fight back.

Turkey isnt like the arabs, its military has a longer history and has trained with US and western countries encluding Israel.

Yes, that's the solution.
Nuke the protesters flotillas!

Don't forget to paint yourself as more of a victim when you come armed to the teeth, dropped from helicopters and throwing flash grenades onto the next boat full of unstoppable civilians that somehow outmatch you.

And I thought the South American sink-hole was deep...Israel is working on making themselves a bigger one.

this thread just shocked me!!

I never expected such a reply from Israel for the Ships already enroute!!

They left already so are we expecting some interesting naval showdown??

is it only me or there are more that cant wait to see how things will turn out??

I havent been so much entertained lately so this skirmish will be more than welcome

I am not going to voice my opinion about this...just give an example, take it as you will.

Reverse this, if the aid ships were coming to a port in NY and refused to let inspectors see the cargo...I think the USA would do the same.

I think this has been an ongoing problem there, this is by no means the 1st time an aid ship[ refused inspectors...and they have in past times been loaded with firearms and weapons...rather than the food they claimed was on board.

But I do not follow this or keep tabs on this, it is not an interest of mine...so in short I am just wasting o2 in saying what I did...
peace...I hope this does not get more killed...maybe the aid/protesters, will allow an inspection now..

In this hypothetical, has the USA been taking part in genocidal-like actions towards a group of people for several years?

I wish they'd just get their little feud over and done with. Why are they even fighting each other in the first place? Everyone seems to have forgotten....

sorry boss...I meant to hit the general reply...don't take offence.

Yeah I like the timewave theory and follow some others "as entertainment"..I just remeber this being in the headlines last year?...about Gaza being the only port...and many refusing inspecters....
I really have no opinion...towards either side...but in my defence, I think more simple...and compare this to..letting a stranger, bring unknown things into my garage...or on to my property...IMO it is asking for trouble.

Last I checked, international waters were international.

correct until it comes to port...its not like the porting and the destination was an unknown. And the protesters have in the past, brought things that broke their word...so to say...but again, it was the MSM i heard this from a year ago, and I have no authority to make or cast any judgements sorry to get anyone excited.
