The former USSR nuclear community is known to have maintained very laxed security with many weapons componets suddenly disappeaing. Theories abound as to where they went, but other than terrorists - who would be interested, or have that kind of money to pay for them, plus opium?

The possibility of destroying oil fields to disrupt the Western economy seems feasible enough.

I believe this situation will continue to become ever more convoluted over time. We're dealing with a extremist Islamic ideology that sees the Western world as corrupt, evil and something that must be destroyed.

It's all starting to look like a great big cluster fu*k to me.

I hope there is light at the end of the tunnel.
