Nice find.. I guess that is why Pakistan is trying to increase its military ties with China:

Wellington, June 18 NZPA - New Zealand's Disarmament Minister, Georgina te Heuheu, says it is too early for New Zealand to comment on Chinese efforts to export nuclear reactors to Pakistan, which is not a signatory to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).

"Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao will visit Pakistan at the invitation of the Foreign Secretary of Pakistan, Mr Salman Bashir," said a statement from the Indian foreign affairs ministry on Friday.

Pakistan invites India for talks, what will they talk about, I suspect Pakistan will explain to India that any attack on Pakistan will directly effect India.

China already know this fact therefore helping Pakistan military wise.
