Does anyone have any other quit smoking plans that worked?

I'll try the tea after i try a few other things, but i don't want to drink that nastiness if i can quit some other way..

You are right. Smoking, especially tobacco smoking cause of lung and mouth cancer. Always try to stay away from this and if you are already smoking then please stop it today.
