Kagan Has Saudi, Bin Laden Money Ties

In a disturbing revelation for a Supreme Court nominee, Elena Kagan
took millions of dollars from the Saudis as dean of Harvard Law School and a
chunk of it reportedly came from 9/11 mastermind Osama bin Laden.

Kagan’s Saudi/bin Laden money connection probably served as an inspiration in
protecting the Saudi kingdom against a lawsuit for financing the 2001 terror
attacks. Thousands of family members of 9/11 victims sued Saudi Arabia and
several members of its royal family for actively aiding in financing the attacks
through front groups posing as charities. As Solicitor General, Kagan blocked
the lawsuit, citing the “potentially significant foreign-relations consequences
of subjecting another sovereign state to suit."

Another skeleton in Kagan’s closet is her financial ties to Goldman Sachs, the
global investment firm embroiled in a major fraud scandal. For four years
Kagan worked as an “advisor” at the Wall Street titan that donates
generously to Democrats.

Obama has tapped Ms. Kagan for this
position.

It's amazing how much can be tied back to 9/11. I think this makes the 9/11 issue pale in comparison to her Goldman Sachs connection, but then again they are really the same thing. Saudi Arabia is the only country named after a royal family, the family of Saud. It's also obvious how much Bush Sr. kisses up to whichever king is sitting on that throne. That is one "muslim" the CIA will never target for assassination.

I doubt our President will admit to this, but I suspect that the political party is who really decides what favored son or daughter get offered what post in the cabinet - or what job as a an 'appointed' and 'approved' servant of the people.

Maybe it was the President... but for some reason, I find myself thinking Presidents are not what they tell us they are anymore... They have been marginalized to being PR damage control... and not much more.

was involved in a bizarre controversy in which the Clinton White House
was accused of siding with an eco-terrorist group locked in a standoff
with federal agents deep in the woods of Oregon. The incident led to
an investigation by House Republicans, who concluded that a staffer
on the White House Council on Environmental Quality tipped off the
environmental radicals to impending action by U.S. Forest Service law
enforcement agents -- a leak that Forest Service officials believed
endangered the lives of their agents on the ground.

Kagan, at the time an associate White House counsel, had no role in
leaking the feds' plans to the radicals, but House Committee on Natural
Resources investigators concluded she shirked her responsibility by not
searching for the source of the leak or pushing for punishment of the
leaker.

leaks, or to identify the leaker and ensure that proper punishment

u may be right in this case.
For the benefit of the party
in some cases.

As Ms. Kagan has a rep of being the
best judge you can buy.

I'd hate to plug my own thread but Kagan also helped in the cover up of 9/11 as well and I thought that these two situations directly pertain to each other. Elena Kagan's role in the 9/11 cover-up (Obama's latest Supreme Court nominee) Now, her role in that scandal is painfully obvious too. It is more clear than ever that Obama is just one of the good 'ol boys.

however, in this thread there is more than just
1 incident on Kagan.

There is GS ties
and Clinton WH ties as well
so it is a lil more in depth

The bin ladens have a lot of money so they know a thing or two and osama has managed to evade capture even though the US has been looking for him. I think we would be pretty well off if we just let the bin ladens run the country for a little bit. Both the republican and democrat parites have failed us we should try something new like the bin ladens or maybe some marxists.

My thoughts? Quite frankly, I fear sharing them as I'll likely be branded a sexist or an anti-semite or a homophobe or a gun nut or a truther for questioning her appointment. They've covered all the bases with this one.
