I will try to answer some of the questions here.

As to why Foreign troops? Very simple... this is your answer.

As one poster stated his police buddies would not enforce martial law. That is exactly the point.

A large portions of our military and our police forces would not go along with martial law plans.

I am not sure why some of you say Martial Law is impossible. I suppose no one remembers incident in New Orleans a few years ago. Guns were confiscated and martial law was employed. However many National Guard units and local police officers would not follow orders to do enforce the Martial Law.

The plan is simple and quite genius I must admit.

You create a problem; false flag, ecological disaster, etc. that results in an economic implosion.

Riots are incited. La Raza strikes. Gangs cause chaos. All at the behest of the CIA and our Federal Government from behind the scenes.

People will beg the government to come save them. They will give up anything and everything for food and security.

There are however many many 2A crazies who will resist. One problem a lot of those "domestic terrorists" will be ex-military, brothers, friends, neighbors, and fellow citizens of our police and military.

They learned their lesson well at Tiananmen. So put all of our military out in foreign countries South Korea, to Iraq, to Afghanistan, etc. So being that we have a dire emergency but all of our troops are tied up all over the world, our benevolent Government asks for UN to come and shore up security and impose martial law. Mexico, Russia, Germany, France, and even the UK will gladly oblige.

They will be assisted by the US troops stationed in the US who I believe are stationed here because they know they will follow orders blindly. As well they will be assisted by all manners of Merc companies such as Xe.

Understand this is a win / win situation for the TPTB. If people do not resist they get their Orwellian Utopia. The more that people do resist the more reason they have to call up assistance from the UN to suppress the domestic terrorists and help restore order.

They are simply positioning their pieces right now so that they will have everything in place when they drop the hammer.

I am very well connected on many levels and again if you read my post on page 5 I say what I have heard from direct sources myself.

Believe me or not. Call this whole thing stupid and silly. It matters not to me. I am simply relaying the information that I hear and just like anything else I would expect everyone else to make their own judgments and act accordingly of their own free will.

I would be happy to share all that I know and how it will play out and how it will go down.

Hey guys, I work in the ship yards in San Diego. I can say for sure that nothing out of the ordinary is going on. Unless they are debarking in the La Jolla base, but that's a sub only base. I'll keep my ears open as we shipyard workers have practically free reign on all navy ships.

New Lies for Old

In 1984, Golitsyn published the book New Lies For Old,(13) wherein he predicted the collapse of the communist bloc orchestrated from above. He warned about a long-term deception strategy designed to lull the West into a false sense of security, and finally economically cripple and diplomatically isolate the United States. Among other things, Golitsyn stated:

* "The liberalization (in the Soviet Union) would be spectacular and impressive. Formal pronouncements might be made about a reduction in the communist partys role; its monopoly would be apparently curtailed."
* "If (liberalization) should be extended to East Germany, demolition of the Berlin Wall might even be contemplated."
* "The European Parliament might become an all-European socialist parliament with representation from the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. Europe from the Atlantic to the Urals would turn out to be a neutral, socialist Europe."

Angleton and Golitsyn reportedly sought the assistance of William F. Buckley, Jr. (himself once a CIA man) in writing New Lies for Old. Buckley refused but later went on to write a novel about Angleton, Spytime: The Undoing of James Jesus Angleton.[14]

In 1995 he published a book containing purported memoranda attributed to Golitsyn entitled The Perestroika Deception which claimed:

* "The (Soviet) strategists are concealing the secret coordination that exists and will continue between Moscow and the nationalist leaders of (the) independent republics."
* "The power of the KGB remains as great as ever... Talk of cosmetic changes in the KGB and its supervision is deliberately publicized to support the myth of democratization of the Soviet political system."
* "Scratch these new, instant Soviet democrats, anti-Communists, and nationalists who have sprouted out of nowhere, and underneath will be found secret Party members or KGB agents."

In his book Wedge - The Secret War between the FBI and CIA (Knopf, 1994), Mark Riebling stated that of 194 predictions made in New Lies For Old, 139 had been fulfilled by 1993, 9 seemed 'clearly wrong', and the other 46 were 'not soon falsifiable'.[15]

According to Russian political scientist Yevgenia Albats, Golitsyns book New Lies for Old claimed that "as early as 1959, the KGB was working up a perestroika-type plot to manipulate foreign public opinion on a global scale. The plan was in a way inspired by the teachings of the sixth-century B.C. Chinese theoretician and military commander Sun Tsu, who said, "I will force the enemy to take our strength for weakness, and our weakness for strength, and thus will turn his strength into weakness." Albats argued that the KGB was the major beneficiary of political changes in Russia, and perhaps indeed directed Gorbachev. According to her, "one thing is certain: perestroika opened the way for the KGB to advance toward the very heart of power (in Russia)."[16]. It has been said that Mikhail Gorbachev justified his new policies as a necessary step to "hug Europe to death", and to "evict the United States from Europe". [17]

According to Soviet dissident Vladimir Bukovsky, "In 1992 I had unprecedented access to Politburo and Central Committee secret documents which have been classified, and still are even now, for 30 years. These documents show very clearly that the whole idea of turning the European common market into a federal state was agreed between the left-wing parties of Europe and Moscow as a joint project which Gorbachev in 1988-89 called our 'common European home'." (interview by The Brussels Journal, February 23, 2006).

On June 8, 1995, the British Conservative Member of Parliament Christopher Gill quoted The Perestroika Deception during a House of Commons debate, saying "It stretches credulity to its absolute bounds to think that suddenly, overnight, all those who were Communists will suddenly adopt a new philosophy and belief, with the result that everything will be different. I use this opportunity to warn the House and the country that that is not the truth" and "Every time the House approves one of these collective agreements, not least treaties agreed by the collective of the European Union, it contributes to the furtherance of the Russian strategy."[18]

According to Daniel Pipes, Golitsyn's publications "had some impact on rightist thinking in the United States",[19] including political writer Jeffrey Nyquist[20] and Joel Skousen,[21] as well as the John Birch Society.[22]

Golitsyn's views are shared by leading Czech dissident and politician Petr Cibulka, who has alleged that the 1989 Velvet Revolution in Czechoslovakia was staged by the communist StB secret police.

You must think that the Russian government is a friend of the west...despite the fact that they fed information to Saddam's regime about U.S. troop movement during the war...and despite the fact that since 9/11 and up to the beginning of the war the Soviet, and yes i am calling it Soviet in purpose, intelligence agencies were giving evidence to the U.S. that Saddam was planning terrorist attacks against the U.S. and U.S. interests...

I really have no idea on what you are trying to say. But anyway, I was born in a Communist regime and experienced Communism, but also have had education in Europe and in the U.S. So not only have I read history, but i lived it. At least when it comes to the oppression by Communism, and the Communist propaganda machine that is still working to this day to "spread the revolution", or as it is called by Communists, the "permanent revolution".

First, Russia is a federal republic. And no, Russia does not paint Stalin as a hero. Sure, you can give me some articles that write this is so, but you can find articles that make Reagan and Bush look like Gods as well Point is, it just isn't true. In fact, during the Cold War when glasnost was implemented it became very clear to the majority of the Soviet citizens that Stalin was a monster.

And yeah, I'm sure documents were burned and stolen and reporters were killed because it was during the COLD WAR! This was a complete transformation in fundamental structure for the USSR, of course the people still in power wouldn't want the public knowing what Stalin did and wouldn't want reporters spewing more Democratic views. Are you dense? Of course this stuff would happen, as it happens with every regime change. Good grief.

Feel free to give me that quote from Gorbachev, and I will gladly provide you with dozens of quotes from him explaining that what he did was necessary for a more Democratic state. Thats odd. I live in Willits, CA, right next to a Remco factory. Supposedly it's shut down(a lot of people in town were pissed off that they were dumping chemicals in the local rivers) but lately it's seemed to pick up again, but only at night. I see white vans and semi's pull in and out of the place almost every night---at about 2:00 AM. On top of that, a few nights ago there was an armed Humvee at the factory around 3:00 AM. They rebuilt the fences around the place, now there barbwire and electric.

Could the two be related? The reason it came to mind was because the vans and semi's not only don't have license plates but look a LOT like the vehicles described in this thread.

I'd like to bring up a point that I've been thinking about recently. I don't think I'm paranoid ALL the time, but I've got to admit my radars to tend to stay raised a while after hearing everybody's theories.

Anyway, if you were to take the country by force, strategically where would you hit us. I personally think it would be hard to get a foot hold on all sides....except one....I'd hit us from the Gulf of Mexico. The area has been beat up from natural disasters, now the oil spill...which is going to drive people off the coast toward other areas to seek a new lifestyle...this leaves the whole gulf coast weaker than the rest of the nation. This would be an ideal spot because you have direct access to the sea, you could gain a foothold and essentially work your way from there. We'd be vulnerable because I'm sure invasions on both coasts would be soon following. Like I said, I'd hit from the gulf near louisiana area, set up shop...everybody would focus there and have follow on invasions to either side which would force the people to fight on all sides... I'm rambling now, but I hope you get the idea. I would like to hear what you think about it....

I've had visions of Martial Law play out in the coming months as The New Gulf Of Mexico is basically the detonator but needs Martial Law being the key to trigger it all off.

Keep in mind though, if they plan on doing whatever it is they would do...they obviously don't care about our laws and requirements that need to be met regarding implementation of martial law. It could be as easy as them saying...'this is how it's going to be now, take it gently or we'll utilize all of our resources to make you take it'...who knows....I hope this is just a bad situation that is just that...a bad situation...nothing more.
