The federal government is so set on having immigration rights, they are willing to do anything to make sure the illegal immigrants feel welcomed.

They challenge it as unconstitutional because it impedes federal law, when in reality it is the other way around, the federal law is impeding on the states laws and rights.

No reason to fear, this law will found constitutional as it is a mirrored law of the one that is on the Federal Books. Not only is the Law the exact same thing, it also defines further who can be stopped. The Federal Laws can lead to racial profiling, not the one that Arizona passed.

Also Arizona's Law in the end has to be enforced by ICE officials. So there is no way Arizona is impeding the Federal Policing bodies. They will be helping them more so, now these ICE fat pigs can just order those dunkin donuts and never have to work in the field.

This administration is cornered, First the many states filing lawsuits against the HCR bill. Now 17 states besides Arizona are modeling an immigration bill similar to what has already been passed. This administration's only chance is to save these illegals and win their hearts & minds. The only thing this administration remains clueless too, is that many legal immigrants are in support of Arizona. Those same legal immigrants have supported democrats 85% of the time, this is now going to change. This administration is not for the hard working Citizens of the US. They are for self propagation and corruption.

This is the nail in the coffin for these bastards. They couldn't prosecute AIG, they are in bed with BP, they are pussyfooting the goldman sachs case, they failed to prosecute the black panthers in philadelphia, they have allowed US citizens to be targeted at home for terrorist attacks that failed, and the list keeps growing.

This administration has no leg to stand on. And soon it will show at the polls. If the world doesn't end in 2012, this administration's burning of the US constitution will.

With seventeen states making similar laws to the one in Arizona you would think the Fed. would relies that there is a lot of people out who want this problem delt with.

Isnt the whole point of state law being able to contradict federal laws that the population of the state disagrees with? This is why the founding fathers shaped America this way. So that one day, when the federal government decided to completely disregard the general will, the people would be capable of taking a stand and taking back their country?
