More Freedoms Could Be Lost, Would You Stand Together in Unity?

Anwar Al Awlaki could be this administrations new boogeyman. Hey it worked for President Bush when his poll numbers were in 50's. Just today Obama's job approval rating sank down to 44%. That is pretty low for a highly eloquent man who was the bringer of Hope & Change.

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows that 25% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty-three percent (43%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -18

Lately we have seen an increase in rhetoric coming out of this administration towards the capture of Anwar Al Awlaki. The rhetoric has been so strong that because of Mr. Anwar, this administration is poised to do the unthinkable, something our constitution clearly states as a fundamental right. This administration is poised to remove the citizenship of a Natural Born citizen.

Joe Lieberman bill would strip suspects' citizenship

Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-Conn.) thinks he’s found a work-around on the whole Miranda rights debate for U.S. citizens accused of terrorism: Strip their citizenship and ship them to Guantanamo.

The above proposal should make anyone quiver who believes in the constitution. If an administration identifies you as the terrorist, your citizenship will be stripped and you will no longer have the rights stated in the constitution...if this bill is allowed to come law. Who knows, the way congress does their business now..this bill might actually find its way in the Cap & Tax or some other high priority bill.

Secret Homeland Security Threat Assessment Labels Gun Owners Potential Terrorists ---By DimensionalDetective

A Department of Homeland Security intelligence assessment equates gun owners with violent terrorists and states that radical extremists are “stockpiling” weapons in fear of an Obama administration gun ban. This newly uncovered document is just the latest in a long sordid line of training manuals in which the federal government characterizes millions of American citizens as potentially violent terrorists who are a threat to law enforcement.

The document is entitled Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment (PDF link) and was released just a few days ago. The paper is labeled Law Enforcement Sensitive and states, “No portion of the LES information should be released to the media, the general public, or over non-secure Internet servers. Release of this information could adversely affect or jeopardize investigative activities.” However, probably as a result of a concerned whistleblower, the secret document has been leaked to the Internet.

Just today, 2 American Citizens were captured in Yemen. This has just crossed the wires. Though no report on any networks yet. I'll update as I find more information. No American prisoner captured in Yemen has been handed back alive, our prayers should be with those 2 captured today.

Mr. Awlaki was sought for guidance by the Fort Hood Shooter, the would be bomber of the NYC Subway Systems, the Christmas Day Bomber. He is definitely gotten the attention of us Americans as someone who is able to manipulate the minds of extremists to harm Americans, just like Bin Laden

Now, Mr. POTUS has found his Bin Laden. During the Bush years, our anger against the crimes that Bin Laden admitted to and praised made us weak in our judgment as we allowed our personal freedoms to get eroded. The passing of the Patriot Act and many other Freedom infringing bills.

Are we going to be duped this time to allow for more of our freedoms to be eroded?
