Hi I'm a 26 year old female, and this is my first real post on these forums so please don't flame me too much.

My parents have this wacky idea that when shuttles and satellites are launched they affect our weather patterns. They have the ideas that somehow when it breaks through the earths atmosphere it causes severe weather, as in floods, tornadoes etc. Does anyone have any ideas on this? Thanks In Advance
