Are Copyright Laws Fair?

How much understanding of social requirements, manditory rules, and the laws are children in shcool?

Gee, people. I'm just living up to society's expectations and be a law abiding citizen.

FACT: My body, my very dna, exists to be an information storage and retrieval system.

FACT: The copyright laws printed on the first page of all my schoolbooks clearly states that no material from any school textbooks may be stored in any information storage and retrieval system without WRITTEN permission from the publisher.

FACT: The publishers are dead.

FACT: Any schoolchild with any integrity and being compliant with the laws are MANDITORILY REQUIRED BY LAW to seek written permission from the dead publishers in order to retain any of the information conveyed by textbook contents.

FACT: No school child is fully aware of the laws in gradeschool. They are only a dozen of years or so behind their law degree, and about $160,000 behind comprehension and their college degrees.
