would have trouble see ing some one so small

The parents of this toddler should be charge with crime of negligence. Someone pls call the authority. Put this baby up for adoption.

what if something accidently happens? stuff like this happens to the best parents. who are you to call those parents into question? you know nothing but a 2 minutes video clip.

i myself being a parent of 3 girls know things can happen outwith the parents control just a simple mistake like not locking a door corectly can be all it takes so i would not judge the parents so harshly
