Well, I agree its against the rights of people, but that guy is impossible. "Do you honestly think I'm lying to you?" over and over again!

to me it seams the "officers" in question dont know the law them selfs,

not a single officer can make the judgement of what your punishment is gonna be.

its not in their juristiction.

so for them, to say your going to jail is in my books power tripping, neglect and miss use of one´s position in the line of work they do.

but as i said earlier , its not for the officers to decide your punishment nor can they make assumptions about it its just not their job.
