Of course it is, and so is the IRS .... BUT you aint never gonna change it, just like organized crime was and still is, the one with the most resources wins and tou / us little guys aint gonna make it happen so long as we argue and fight individually.... by the way they happen to keep that going nicely.

I know logic will bounce off the hard headed but simple as it is, look at who the government / politicians / CEO's Bankers blame, and the guilty part is the opposite of who / what they say it is.

It's sad to see the horrible things that have come into fruition, that so many great Americans worked against. If only we had some Jeffersons or Jacksons left.

Of course its a monopoly.
Do you think anyone has the calhones to fight against it?

Yeah right.
The only thing 50% of Americans fight for is who's controlling the remote control.

According to the Constitution:

To borrow money on the credit of the United States;

To regulate commerce with foreign nations, and among the several states, and with the Indian tribes;

To establish a uniform rule of naturalization, and uniform laws on the subject of bankruptcies throughout the United States;

To coin money, regulate the value thereof, and of foreign coin, and fix the standard of weights and measures;

Wikipedia Source

So, according to Section 8, Article 1...
Congress has the authority to borrow on the credit of the US.
Which the Fed does, but Congress gave it the authority to do so.
Hmm....there goes that theory.

At least the monopoly idea is a good arguement.

Ron Paul has is right.

We need to audit the FED

....and then END IT.
