I agree it was poorly done and full or errors. I love all the Mayan/alien/2012 stuff but how much they embellished to have a better show was sad.

Sure seems like they would have had a much easier time getting to the island if they went to the other side

This 2012 transit is the second transit. Look at previous second transits and see the damage.
It's the second that causes the damage, not the first (2004). And the last second was the Tunguska event.
It's on a 104 year cycle.
Watch out, there's a comet about!

The 2012 transit will be the second of the eight year "pair", the first having occurred in 2004.

The prior pair was 1874 and 1882. The Tunguska event was in 1908.

Well theres some math.

Off of the top of my head I cant think of anything significant, other than that tsunami but that wasn't until December.

Ah... Copper is used in cold fusion.

The nazis used to say black sun or DZIT DIT GAII and it was a term reffering to the day the sun went out and they use cold fusion to bring an artificial light source and energy source.

Cold fusion however is very dangerous and it only works under room temperature conditions.

Oh and I am not sure about that interpretation either.

DZIT DIT GAII was originally spoken from the anasazi Indians and it meant Mt. Blanca or white mountain, but Mt. Blanca is one of four sacred navajo mountains and within are three sacred inner mountains.

The term black sun is actually a different translation, but it was one the nazis used and referref to black sun.

Thought the two translations are quite opposite I find this rather intriguing.

Fleishmann and Pons did not perform cold fusion. Others after them have not been able to show that cold fusion can be done.

Copper is not used in the cold fusion experiments.

Not the tsunami as such, unless it happens to be generated by a possible impact, whether from a comet or an asteroid. But as Phage says, it will be June in 2012 coinciding I think with the Taurids shower. From what I've read, many people in the astronomy field are uneasy as to what might happen. In fact, the 2004 transit did coincide with a number of meteorite impacts, as reported on Rumormill news, one meteor in New Zealand being the size of a house.
