Obama administration helps ACORN defend socialism – in India!

dailycaller.com

While the Obama administration runs away from ACORN here in the United States it is quietly embracing ACORN overseas.

The Obama administration is using U.S. government resources to help the embattled radical advocacy organization spread the gospel of left-wing community organizing in India.

Well isent that special..
Seems our President is lending a hand to those in need of organizing corporate shakedowns..
President Obama’s ambassador to India, Timothy Roemer, lent his name and the prestige of the U.S. government to ACORN India’s to organize rag-pickers in Mumbai.
I'm sure Tim didn't do that without Permission from the White House..But I'm sure if any Mainsteam Media were to ask the President, he would deny it all...

If by socialism, you mean organized labor, then so what?
God forbid India's LOWER classes make any inroads into the wealthy and middle classes.
Damn rag pickers!

I'm confused. Aren't we talking about -- India -- like in the country of India?!

What the heck business is it of Obama's to make any -- be it for the poor, homeless, rich, elite, etc. -- suggestions for how India should work!

I really think the man needs to fix his own country before he begins spewing on and on about how to fix other countries.

OOOO That nasty Obama!
did you read the article?
It refers to ACORNIndia, an INDIAN ORGANIZATION.
The only "resources" lent was the US Ambassadors " name and prestige".
No money. No Obama.
So, the US Ambassador said he supports the rag pickers right to organize.
Yeah. Pretty sinister.

Understood. Which is why only INDIA should be involved and nobody from the United States.

Using his clout -- from his position in the United States -- to persuade India what they should do.....

See my point yet?

I don't care if it cost a penny or a billion dollars --

The United States is in shambles and has NO business telling any country what they should or should not do.

We are hardly the epitome of success.

Would you take home buying advice from a guy whose house was just foreclosed?

That's what I thought.

No, I wouldn't. Thats why I didn't vote Republican.
So...I guess the US should have no foreign policy whatsover?
Does your knee hurt from all that jerking?

Actually, my knee does hurt. From banging it against my head for still having to explain what to me, was a very simple statement with a very simple message.

I was only making a generic statement and you could have substituted any country's name other than India and my opinion remains.

We have been knocked down quite a few pegs in the last two years and need to sit back, shut-up, and take our lumps as they come. Until we can find a way to once again "have the right answers", we should not be giving any answers.

And that is my opinion.

Edit retracted.

Socialism is an illusion and only exists in a Utopia
In the real world socialism will always result in economic fascism

Don't you know that anytime govt. involves itsef in anything things go wrong?

And this will only hurt the lower class because whatever govt. decides to allocated as money towards this program will be not more efficient than what is already in place but rather worsen with a incredibly much higher budget. If anything it will only hurt the lower class.

And yes I know who ACORN is.
