I know them to have my PC bugged. They do not do it
all the time just certain times. My computer will freeze up
and my mouse pointer slows down and processor speed
decreases as if my screen is being mirrored for them
to look at while I'm online. It is a high-end app they
run so it takes up a lot of my processor time to transfer
it in real time.

How would you know?
Who can help me create 10 definitive signs?
Has anyone had any experience with this?
1) Clicking on the phone.
2) People acting strange or out of place.
3) People starting conversations for no apparent reason in odd places you travel to on a regular basis. ie the bus, school, work.
Hypothetical -
What if you were shown something and they wanted to know what it was you were shown? The information could be damaging to something or someone they were previously investigating.
How would you react?
I have just given a few examples. Mybe someone may have some ideas.

My question would be this - what do you have going on in your life that security or law enforcement agencies would be interested enough in to be listening to?
As far as your questions about conversation starters in odd places - have you ever considered they are just people that want to talk to you? I often start up conversations with complete strangers on buses, planes, trains, grocery store lineups, filling my car with gas, elevators, you name it.
What if the FBI/CIA/NSA were watching you?
How would you know? How would you react?
