So, is what you're saying that they'll basically attack the U.S.? Is that really something Mexico would do?

Mexico has been attacking the US for years. What else do you call 12 million people of one nation flowing over the border of another against the wishes of the latter? In general terms its called an invasion.

You wouldn't need artillery to shoot down an ultralight, just a few guys with hunting rifles and good quality scope and steady hands could do it. If they get in trouble, they could just say that it was a "hunting accident".
