Cronie capitalism. Plain and simple. The congress and the federal government are too idiotic to understand what they are even regulating. So what do
they do? They cozy up to the biggest of the market and have them write the laws and regulations. Look at the health care industry. Look at the energy
industry. Look at any industry and you will find the companies that are the largest set the regulations that they want.
All of this creation and enforcement of regulation is the problem. Another huge component of the problem is the LACK of justice. Courts need to be
used to punish those that harm others. Period. Where are the charges for all the corruption and blatant crimes in government and their complicit
The government and their corrupt practices caused the economies of the world to collapse. Period. They first force their debt onto banks and to
people, the banks bundle these worthless debts into monstrous debt vehicles into the market. The market collapses due to these things. How do they try
to fix it? Create more debt and prop up their cronie partners and force the people into further debt slavery. A vicious cycle that has only one
The oil disaster for instance. Let us say I created a company and that company built a house, the house collapsed and killed people and cause numerous
other problems. Would I not get charged with negligence? Would I not get all my assets seized for my mistakes?
Of course I would. Why not then this company? Because they are one of the big ones, they are partners in this cronie capitalist endeavor. Too big to
fail. Pffft. Too big to exist in my eyes. And no the government should not run these things. Why you ask me? What happens if the government run
enterprise causes such things, there is no recourse. But what about all the workers some would say? They would need to find another job.
I tell you what, if you charged the execs with criminal negligence in this cluster # of a mistake, maybe the next company may ACTUALLY try to act in a
safe manner. Or try to be ready for such a possible failure.
But no, I am sure the government will use this to even further the regulations which do not work. Further the cost of production. Further the very
causes of such catastrophes. All the while protecting their buddies.
