Lets just watch and see who's going to pay. BP continues to say they will take the ultimate responsibility but continues to point the finger at Ocean and Haliburton. They have lost $30 Billion in value since so called accident.Will they just restructure and go bankrupt???

If BP is taking responsibilty
Why then is Obama asking for $129 Million??
