Some politicians just don't care what "the people" want.

Do these politicians just see the average Joe as a bottomless money pit that can pay endless amounts of taxes to pay for benefits for illegal immigrants?

Why should these illegal immigrants care about becoming legal immigrants if they can get benefits, just like legal immigrants?

Immigration laws need to be tougher and make it a lot harder for illegal immigrants to live in the US so they would actually WANT to become a US citizen.

That's the state where I worked with illegals. 4 ladies dropped 3 kids in 8 years and wanted more. The same women who worked and had boyfriends who worked but never told welfare about the boyfriends. They had no right to be on it with two incomes that was above the poverty limit. The same people who said if they got deported they would just come right back again. Well, not all of them, some did go on to do the right thing and became legal, but enough of them. They come right out and tell you America gives you a LOT! Then they say America is stupid. They're right.

Well he's free to believe what ever he wants to. Perhaps the people of Massachusettes should seriously consider the fact that he obviously believes that illegal immigrants are entitled to the same rights and privileges that citizens are, and keep that in mind when the elections come up.

I for one am sick and tired of paying taxes so illegals can collect food stamps, medical insurance, have their children educated all at no expence to them. And you better believe that I will voice my opinion when elections roll around, whether or not it does any good here in Chicago.
