Would you go on an ET ship to avoid disaster?

No disaster needed.

Please send ship ASAP.

I'm packing now.

I agree, where do I sign up? I think I would even go if I was 90.....just another adventure in the time were allowed in this life...then on to the next journey.

Frankly, I trust my Guru with my fate. But, that could mean positive impulses would compel me to accept an invitation. But that's pretty unlikely as my Guru will protect me and has more than once in situation that would have been fatal otherwise.

As long as they kept their anal-probes in the drawer.

I think somebody has been watching too much V on TV.
I would NEVER board an alien ship for any reason whatsoever.
Aliens aren't real, they're not from another fricking planet, they're inter-dimensional beings from the lower heaven.

Only if they let me take my cats with me. I couldn't leave them to be hunted down and eaten by the desperate fools who refused the ET's benevolence.

If conditions were like they are now, no, (I'd be scared) if the water was rising up to my nostrils, the ground opening up beneath me, a fire storm raging overhead, or the flames were licking my heals, then yes
(I'd deal with the culture shock later) of course I'd want my loved ones with me

Hmmm...

Well, if the beings operating the ET ship were diminutive in size and I was able to crush them and overtake the ship, then yes. I'd then track down some of my enemies and eradicate them before the disaster did (assuming the ship had some sort of destructo ray). Death by alien ship before impending disaster has a nice ring to it.

Of course, I'm kidding.

In all seriousness I'm not sure what I'd do. Probably see if I could wrangle up some fine young ladies first, maybe? We'd have some serious civilization to repopulate, might as well get to it.

I would most definitely go on board. We gotta die anyway one day...if I die here on Earth through disaster or possibly through their hands..it's all about taking chances in life, isn't it?

I'd hop on an ET ship disaster or no disaster.
Hell I'm ready to go now. Good Bye!

Hopefully, I would not turn out to be a food source.

Why rely on some1 to help you.
Lets build our own spaceships to escape any present / future disaster.

I would think that only a limited number of people could be saved in an earth wide disaster. I wonder if the series "V" was created so that fewer people would want to go on an alien ship.
