Reuters is not really considered to be a valid source of news for most people who frequent these forums...That being said, I've noted some
discrepancies between what you've said about the article itself.
1) The article did not use the word "all" when in reference to pulling troops out of SK...The article mentions that it would be the border-troops
only & that the most likely movement would involve a more southerly position than the border itself. Pulling *all* troops out of SK would just be
putting up the green light for an invasion from NK.
2) Even if all boarder-troops were removed from SK *entirely*, there are still a good number of troops & installations scattered around SK to be
capable of covering a defense from NK.
