Had a thought as I perused the posts at ATS. We have pics of mars, the face on mars, buildings on the moon, ancient ruins around the world even underwater pics of pyramids off Japan. Allegedly.

Is there any pictures of anything strange at the Arctic circle? All the military presence there and I don't seem to find anything odd other than HARRP pictures. Are there any satalite pics that could be interpreted in a way that is different to their official discription.
I've had a look on the net but can't seem to find anything. MAybe I'm looking in the wrong places or haven't tried hard enough.

Lastly I remember seeing a pic in ufo magazine in the uk maybe 12yrs ago showing an old photo of russian military with a half hidden ufo in the snow. Does anyone remember it as I cannot also find that now.

Here's a pic of the Thule US airforce space command base at the Arctic circle. Nice long runway for the UFO conspiracy theorists.

Good questions, and good picture!

I'm flagging and starring this thread in the hopes that we get some more attention and hopefully more information.

I remember Thule AFB. There is a woman behind every tree. As you can see by the picture, there are no trees!

I have always wondered the same thing about the Arctic.

There are areas of the arctic that some say show signs of advanced ancient civilizations. Thats why pretty much every powerful nation has sent expeditions to start or maintain bases there.

Who knows what lies under the snow and ice....

Read The Charlemagne Pursuit by Steve Berry. One of my favorite books. Ties in many conspiracy theories and presents it as a novel. Very thought provoking.

from amazon:

"Malone embarks on a search for answers about his father, Capt. Forrest Malone, after learning that instead of dying in 1971 in a nuclear sub accident in the North Atlantic, his father actually died while on a secret submarine mission to the Antarctic. Meanwhile, bad guy Adm. Langford Ramsey schemes to become the next ranking officer of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The two story lines merge as a group led by Malone races to Antarctica, where they find a strange underground city belonging to the Aryans, an advanced race who inhabited the earth at the dawn of our own civilization. A meticulous researcher, Berry carefully integrates such elements as Charlemagne, Nazis, ancient manuscripts, historical puzzles and scientific surprises into the plot. Those who relish suspense in the Da Vinci Code vein will snap this one up, the best yet in the series"

I know you asked about the arctic circle, but there is the Lake Vostok anomaly in the Antarctic Circle.

An interesting thread from not too long ago.

Even if only 10% of the stuff about the Arctic, and Antarctica are true, thats still some mind blowing information
