with all due respect, what you're asking for can only really be found in one place on this website:

The Bully Pulpit has very strict guidelines and regulations to ensure civil debate and what not.

This forum, does not.


But if i may offer a suggestion:

Don't pick a side. Don't ask for unity. When you ask others to abandon their reality in favor of yours - you will always segregate yourself from them.

If your true intentions are as you say, then my opinion is you should seek a way to communicate to them on THEIR grounds...change your rhetoric to emulate something they understand, and sneak in the message that way.

Otherwise, all you're going to get is the same old, tired, political debate.


I guess the moral of the story is - if you're after civil debate, then you have to go seek it.

You can set the stage if you like, but don't be disappointed if nobody shows up to play by your rules.
