The video alone doesn't tell us anything. Who was it? When was it?

Firstly he wasn't 'watching porn' he was looking at an image which was mildly pornographic.

What I would say though is that he's goofing around on the net whilst he should be working. He's either checking his emails which contains some that his friends think are humorous or just screwing around.

I mean I do that, but in my free time. Not when I'm representing around 1 million people.

Most if not all people do that. I haven't met even one person who doesn't browse the web, check private e-mails or do something other (playing solitair or whatever) while working. It's normal.

I think it was very inappropriate of him, and so did he, or he wouldn't have been looking around everytime he brought up the photo.

I'm glad he got caught, and I hope it causes him mucho embarrassment.

That looked like a picture of only girls in their swimsuits. It could have been his daughter or his prostitute (maybe even both!). As the other poster said, the only thing wrong here, is that he was playing around on tax-payer dime.

As far as people wanting to know who it is, I'm sure it's only because they want to either stick up for him or bash him, depending on whether his party affiliation is the same as theirs. If he's a member of your party, there will be nothing wrong with it but if he is a member of the other side of the coin, then impeach him immediately. People are funny that way, not even realizing that both parties are just two different sides of the same corrupt and debt laden coin.

Yeah, we wouldn't want any damn reporters watching what the "elected" are doing in their jobs.

He will be another that falls on the sword.

The first of a long line of incumbents to be replaced this year.

Well that's dandy oh.

Either Microsoft will send in their best to show that he's telling the truth about the email coming from a former court administrator as it will be on the mail exchange server (He was using Office 2009) thus calling for basic IT etiquette training for all involved within public administration or faith in Microsoft's abilities to retain a backup of saved emails will be questioned and the giant of Silicon valley will fall.

Now, which do you think it will be?

I don't think either will happen. I don't think anything should happen. He opened an email while listening to a boring lecture. To quote our Vice President, this is NOT a BFD.
