It has to be some astronomical number.

Billions if not trillions of rounds and explosive ordinance must have been manufactured and used or stored by the US government, since 1913, would be my guess.

Anyone want to take a guess?

Oh my god, I take so much offense to this thread and your comments!

The government would never spend MY tax dollars on war! My tax dollars go to schools and hopsitals and sending welfare checks to people. o_O

Seriously though, considering that nearly half of the world's total military expenditure comes from the United States, I wouldn't be surprised of trillions of bullets and bombs were produced with that money.
