these theories on ether are interesting.
my thought on the Tesla hammer vibration device is that the building materials and methods in 1890 when he was testing his device (not sure if he actually tested it in the year 1890 but i'm sure i will be corrected as to the accurate date.). i think this is a very big factor in the effects of the device not to say that correctly tuned and enhanced it could possibly do damage to todays structures that is.
The ultra-violet burst is produced with a nitrogen laser.

The whole basis of Lynes proposed UFO propulsion system is an example…where did tesla say that two pancake coils could be used to produce levitation, where did tesla say that ether can be made solid via high voltage…show me teslas original quotes stating or eluding to these statements.
Lyne is an electrical engineer, do you not think it is strange that he has not produced a scale model to prove the concept, he is an engineer so he has the technical skill to do so.
Personally I think that a propulsion system based on Lynes approach wont get off the ground. Might produce sparks and glowing air like a tesla coil would but that’s about all.
Popular guy among anti Tesla crowd and many profess to be Tesla experts.
Lyne has a great ability to just about quote Tesla on his science and tics off people.
