In my opinion, Opera is the best web browser in the market, and quite underrated.

It is fully web standards compliant, very fast, reliable, customizable and equipped with Speed Dial and private browsing (aka porn mode).

You must have stopped using FF a while back, because Session Manager is built right in.

But I use Tab Mix Plus for better tab control and it has a better session manager/crash recovery system. Closed tabs in a list to reopen, open last tab, etc.

Chrome... I had to laugh when Google's OWN web browser cant even install Google Toolbar (I use it for searching for searched words in a page) and that you have pretty much zero control over where the file menus/tabs exist.

I also didn't find it much faster to be honest... No different to FF with no addons installed.

Addons - thats what keeps FF the best for me. Dictionary, Fetch Text Url, Remove it Permanently, Flash Blocker, Adblock plus, sxipper, lazarus, WorldIP (cant live without that)... too many to mention.

all free.. IE tried addons or extension, but were pay for (gack!)... and well, nothing else really does the job.

I just found out that I had Chrome installed somehow. I just didn't used it before.

I must say , both Opera and Chrome are are way cooler then IE and I'm just trying them out.

As a web developing geek I can't have just one browser, usually I have IE, Firefox and Chrome installed for testing purposes. However when I really want to indulge in the old-school feel of the internet I break out Links, a text-only browser which doesn't support half the bs that modern browsers does, thus its less hassle and about a goatzillion times faster. Observe it in action...

Actually its pretty straight forward, the letter g brings up the url field to type in an address, left and right are your forward and back buttons, up and down move through links in a page, and if you hit esc you get a menu with file, edit, view just like you would almost any other browser. I use it to check links that I suspect of malware since its so outdated it doesn't even process _javascript or flash.

I would have never seen it at all if you didn't.

There is no browser better than google chrome. It is so unbelievable fast, even firefox looks like an old grandpa compared to chrome. And the possibility to add custom exensions is also great. I daily use this extension. It is awesome and saves me a lot of time

FF is the best:
1. you have thousands of Add Ons.
2. Collections, all the best App's are already in one place so it is easier.
You could find Add ons which make FF faster.

Well I dumped Opera
I loved but it had compatibility problems.

Now I'm trying out FF. Know any good add ons I need.

I got sick of FF after 2 days. Reinstalled opera.

Opera is my favorate.

I think Firefox is not secure enough. Hackers can see your history and bookmarks quite easily. So be careful. I'm now using Chrome as it is using a sandbox. In a nutshell, a sandbox is security mechanism used to run an application in a restricted environment. If an attacker is able to exploit the browser in a way that lets him run arbitrary code on the machine, the sandbox would help prevent this code from causing damage to the system. The sandbox would also help prevent this exploit from modifying and even reading your files or any information on the system. Google Chrome's multi process architecture allows for a lot of flexibility in the way we do security. The entire HTML rendering and JavaScript execution is isolated to its own class of processes; the renderers. These are the ones that live in the sandbox.
