It has long been known that the political parties have a hand in the media. Republicans have their networks, and the Democrats have their. They have their corporate sponsors, lobbyists, and campaign donators who get a say in everything the party does, inclusing the decisions of when to release information.

Or have you forgotten Anita Dunn's Interview? They're REALLY GOOD at manipulating the media. Obama himself doesn't do anything he can't control the flow of.

We need to purge these news networks of all interference from political idealists. I'm not saying Obama's a Socialist... don't take that away from this... God. I'm saying that the political parties control their respective media outlets.

Information should always be untainted, uncensored, and open for all.

What is simply not adding up for me is how they knew who the guy was from a disposable cell phone. I have seen articles that state that the authorities obtained the number from the disposable phone in the SUV and articles that say the number was obtained from the seller of the SUV. Regardless of how it was found, the guy's name wouldn't have been connected to the number, would it? There seems to be a disconnect somewhere.

Investigators "were able to basically get one phone number and by running it through a number of databases, figure out who they thought the guy was," the official told Politico.

What "databases?" That still doesn't answer my question. I'm having a problem with the "figure out who they thought the guy was." Was it some sort of voice recognition database? How did they arrive at the name "Shahzad" from a disposable phone?

Investigators were able to track wannabe terrorist Faisal Shahzad through his anonymous, pre-paid cell phone — exactly how, they won’t say. But there was a tantalizing explanation posted — and then quickly yanked — from the website of WCBS TV. “In the end, it was secret Army intelligence planes that did him in. Armed with his cell phone number, they circled the skies over the New York area, intercepting a call to Emirates Airlines reservations, before scrambling to catch him at John F. Kennedy International Airport.”

Ok, but the disposable cell phone was found in the SUV. How would he have called Emirates Airlines from it?

The man had offered the vehicle on Craigslist, and FBI agents were able to recover the number from a disposable cellphone that had been used by the buyer.

The suspect didn't still have the phone. But using a lot of technology and access to database, agents located the suspect.

Something seems fishy. Any thoughts?

They look like two different people.

If the guy taking his shirt off in the video is not involved, did he come forward to say who he is and what he was doing?

Today's news says there are more people involved and that the license plates were stolen. They also have DNA evidence and it is my guess fingerprints since the keys were left in the car.

Scary thought... it may have been a test run. I feel like something bigger is on the horizon.

fow is this alleged " false flag " operation and alleged " fake suspect " ACTUALLY going to help the aleged TPTB , in relation to the gulf of mexico oil spill

i am serious - what help will it actually provide

will it make the clean up cheaper ?

will it enable them to abandon the clean up ?

will it do ANYTHING ?

its all very well shouting false flag and fake suspect - but FFS - please think about it - and tell us WHY ?

what does it acheive ????????????????????

the suspect being on the front page / lead story of every news organisation - does NOT mean that the clear up can be abandoned

unless you are claiming that - in which case provide evidence

If that oil spill can kill all ocean life then my cat can kill all human life. It is not that big.

True. Did you see the video of the bald man and the picture of the suspect with the full head of hair? I'm hoping I presented it in a manner that reflects that as the main focus.

I agree completely. Unless this is not the video they were actually talking about. I do remember reading this article on FOX and it stated the male was older, and it also mentioned him taking his shirt off. Yet i question the credibility of this video.

Don't forget. This has brought up the discussion of Maranda rights for US "terrorist suspects". There are several articles pushing for doing away with the bill of rights for Americans. To me this may be the reason for all of the hype.rawstory.com/rs/2010/0504/lieberman-citizenship-rights-terrorists/

Not only that, but now you have Bloomberg and the police commissioner wanting more cameras and open surveillance of U.S. citizens to "protect us from the terrorists." How are more cameras going to accomplish that? There's already 82 in Times Square alone.

Couple that with rhetoric that I've been hearing about "report ANYTHING suspicious" and you've got yourself a co-opted army of citizen spies.

Ok the picture you have of the guy... When was that photo taken? His hairline is receding and you can't see if he has a bald spot. SO it very well could be the same guy. Not saying it is but I imagine there are other cameras and VF available showing his route from times square to the airport.

As far as a false flag attack to take focus off the oil spill, All I see on the news is oil spill. The potential TS bombing wasn't pushing the spill off the tv.

Thirdly. If the government did put this together, the bomb would have blown. We down make mistakes like that.

Now one could suppose that they gave the "patsy" the wrong info so the bomb wouldn't detonate. And just cause a panic.

Until I get more information on this guys background, I'll stand by my opinion that the 2 incidents are not related.

We also get another angle. It was reported HERE that NYC is now going to saturate the city with cameras. They are doing the same thing London did. It's insane walking around London these days. There's cameras literally everywhere, and taking pictures can get you talked to by the police in record time.

This could be:
1. A diversion from the oil fiasco in the Gulf of Mexico.
2. A diversion from the Arizona illegal alien protests.
3. A justification to be shouted by all MSM for cameras literally everywhere in NYC, when it actually wasn't an actual device, and everyone was safe.
4. An actual attempt at detonating a device in NYC.
5. A diversion from something we all missed because it saturated the MSM.

Regardless of whether this person actually meant to do harm or not (I spent two years being constantly worried about VBIED's in the Middle East) I am compelled to wonder if this was just something to increase the presence of the police state in NYC, or something used to get everyone's attention away from something else. My personal feeling is that it's either #1, or #2.

I hope you don't mind me posting this here but I made a new thread today regarding your OP basically, it's about the new system they're implementing into NY because of this false flag...

Check it out: Police cameras to flood Manhattan to prevent attacks

(OP if you want me to remove this post just U2U me and I will, I'm not trying to derail your thread, just trying to add to it)

My guess would be that no evidence is presented and the idea is just pulled out of thin air. Extremely hypothetical stuff is what Skunk Works is for.

Personally I think this is in the right forum. It does not help that the title is a statement of fact when no evidence exists.

I wonder if you might post proof or evidence of a false flag? I don't see any? Hysterical reactions take away credibility and no one will take it serious if a real event occurs. You know, crying wolf.

No evidence? The picture and the video pretty blatantly show two different people. Now some say that the guy in video is not suspect. However, if they got footage of that guy by the vehicle, why not have the video rewinded so that we can see the suspect exit the car?

This was far from pulled out of thin air.

The video is of a person changing a shirt. Nobody says its the same person they ended up arresting. You are assuming that. Like I said, pulled out of thin air.

I am assuming that because that is who "they" said was the suspect. Furthermore, if they got footage of a guy by the truck, why can't they rewind the video and get the suspect getting out of truck to see if its the same man.

Not thin air.

I never actually saw the man in the video called a suspect but a person of interest. I do not doubt you heard what you say, just saying all the news I saw kept calling him a person of interest and that is all. Nothing ever said he was found or determined to be connected so far.

At this point in time there is not much evidence to go by since it just occurred. However, I believe this whole "Police Surveillance" system was setup beforehand and was either A) there and ready to be instilled after this false flag occurred OR B) was there and ready and waiting for this type of situation to warrant the implication of this system.

So yes I believe personally this was a false flag, but even so, if it isn't a false flag, it still raises eyebrows on how this was implicated so fast and is going to be in NY streets in no time... they're basically copying London's system (they even say in the article it's basically modeled after it).

Times Square bombing suspect caught on tape
* Camera catches him removing shirt

NY POST

This was posted just yesterday when I made the thread. However, it would be nice to know why they can rewind the footage from the same camera and see when the suv arrives and the real suspect got out.
