Banks were aware of GULF OIL SPILL before it happened !

www.huffingtonpost.com

NEW YORK (The Borowitz Report) - In what is looming as another public relations predicament for Goldman Sachs, the banking giant admitted today that it made "a substantial financial bet against the Gulf of Mexico" one day before the sinking of an oil rig in that body of water.

The new revelations came to light after government investigators turned up new emails from Goldman employee Fabrice "Fabulous Fab" Tourre in which he bragged to a girlfriend that the firm was taking a "big short" position on the Gulf.

"One oil rig goes down and we're going to be rolling in dough," Mr. Tour

EDIT BY MAXMARS:

As an entertainment piece intentionally crafted to 'get you' this is clearly HOAX-worthy material.

According to the news, the banks already knew about the oil spill as they made "substantial financial" gains from it.

So the question is, could the government or NWO be behind this whole Gulf Oil Rig Disaster??

The banks already had plans to greatly increase the oil & gas prices.. this gives them the perfect opportunity and cover up! The economy could be in great trouble guys...

This is a comedy piece written by Borowitz. Look at some of his other articles.

This is his site. The Greeks are also planning to repay their debts with a giant horse...

I thought this was already shown to be a satire piece in another thread? I don't have time to find it right this second, but I remember reading that the original author is a satirist and that Huffington Post mistakenly took it seriously?

I could be wrong, or the original ATS poster could have been wrong. We need to research that employee's name and see if it holds up?

Edit to add:

Nice Niteboy! Beat me to the post, and did it with a link that I didn't go look for!

I noticed the markets were tanking today, and their blaming it on Greece.

We know their cashing in on their short selling.

That would be too good to be true.

But you know there is still hope.. Halliburton is involved so don't be discouraged, something shady could be going down!
