I know this is Fox News, but here is the link.
I seriously doubt this actually has anything to do with South Park. But I still find it interesting they haven't ruled it out yet.
If I were trying to make a statement, I would go straight to the source. Not a random area near where the company that owns the company is located.
So why hasn't it been ruled out yet?
