Alleged NASA -Affiliated Astronomer Deciphers 'Intelligence' Signal From Nearby Stars

I am happy to see this thread re-opened and wish that it only contain factual knowledge of events, opinions based upon facts and musings based upon possible outcomes, where there is public knowledge or a reflection upon previous doings, open to all and in which we can all share.

I do enjoy a good soap opera - but I don't come to ATS for it.

Scratch that I hate drama - but again ATS isn't were it should be found.

So hopefully member Rich and their predecessors can keep this chain of events going without being sidetracked by those who are against them and conclude this matter at some point.

I find it not only appalling but appealing that this thread has garnered attention from people who wish to derail it and think that it's purpose as a thread of integrity show through the hard work of those who have actually presented something of worth.

Good luck and know that a whole bunch of vulnerable people are counting on you to make the distinction between what is a real claim and that is not.

Great, back at it then. Received a new pic of our radio technician yesterday that Netties-Hermit has and maybe she will post it today. Received confirmation that Judy did not work with a certain gentleman at a Radio telescope. Awaiting confirmation that I can post without names being used.

She did not work and quit for more money at a radio telescope or a NASA/SETI facility. It appears our wayward astronomer worked two weeks at a car parts plant that made plastic handles.

Yeah, Ive got to say Judy, its a real drop in pay from Alien Ambassador to plastic handle peon.

hi all,

i just want to clear something up for everyone,

unfortunately janice falcus(fugea) passed away a few years ago, this is something that i have known for a while but had agreed not to discuss it on the thread, i now have permission to post about it for a couple of reasons,

first of all the main reason for bringing it up now is that it has already been mentioned by other posters and now i can hopefully put a stop to anyone making unwarranted, unwanted, baseless and unfair attacks on a lady that is no longer with us to defend herself.

and just for everyones information, judy faltskog aka james van greunen did not know about this at the time, which is why she/he judy posted on the whickham message board in 2008

i would ask that any member new or old please show respect for janice and her family and DO NOT make accusations against her again, janice is not the topic of discussion and has done nothing to deserve any attacks,
may she rest in peace.

Alas, I fear they may have perished due to the fact that the subterranean bomb shelter was above the water table and they all died of thirst.

Interesting stuff developing on the Judy front. I'm sure there will be some post after things are verified and considered as legit.

I can see the resemblence!
I am hoping that someone out there... (not a trouble-maker)... can
assist further in finding how the Signal Hoax first originated.
I for one, would be happy to know who was involved.

Any other time, this sort of slant on a subject, may be lost,
but showing the vigour that certain parties showed to derail this
thread, I'll wager the origins will astound some of us.

When I first came to ATS, I honestly thought that the researchers
who travelled the world and sometimes were lucky enough to find
a wider audience through the TV, were looking for a hidden truth
that may be shrouded with time and hearsay.

I know that some of the theories based on their findings were
looked on in ways that ranged from the doubtful to the bizarre,
but the good theories -that could stand the onslaught of the
mainstream media were based on well-grounded sense and though
never accepted by them, became bones that the meat of evidence
were attached to show a viable account of a strange event.

But I must admit, reading Mr. Herschel's theories and musings leaves
me scratching my balding pate and wondering if I've lost my ATS way.

His research seems to be based on magazine photos and internet
scouring... Everything Eygpt is hidden in a cloud of wild views that
makes a mockery of people's lifetime's research and drags carefully
investigated ideas into the UFO/alien arena with only Mr. Herschel as
RingMaster and holder of the truths!

It isn't surprising Judy and Wayne found each other.

I agree with your assessment and don't have the stomach to read the sock puppet drama going on in the media article Wayne Herschel is involved with. The introduction to his claims has the bold statement of scholar in the same sentence with Hershel's name and I lost a good cookie from choking on reading those words.

Seems Judy and Wayne are into titles and accolades that others earn and they abuse and want people to believe in blindly.

Which brings me to a word that is on my mind lately and that word is,
Attention. All of a sudden the two are very active.

Both stories are heating up IMO and the hoaxers are craving that word more than any other it appears to me.

I wonder why?

Are we nearing the climax to finally learn why this hoax was started?

I hope so.

I suppose as said in previous posts, even bad publicity is
publicity.
Their moral code seems to be enjoying a break at the seaside,
whilst they ridicule the world of UFO investigation.
Judy has implied NASA has no hold on security or self-esteem...
If you don't believe her, NASA come off as toothless and if you
do, NASA let their people spout off half-cocked to the internet!

All the while Wayne shouts to all that'll hear that the Eygptians,
Sumerians and every profession that's looked into middle-eastern
histories were liars and buffoons and only he knows the truth!

My dear old dad used to tell me something that I think may apply here. He used to say "believe nothing that you hear, and only HALF of what you see." Another way of putting that is to say "trust NO ONE, deny EVERYTHING, and always demand PROOF."

I'm beginning to see how caution of that sort may be applicable to the twisted tale uncovered and enumerated in these past 133 pages.

Anyhow, I'm out for a couple of hours. Have to install new operating systems all around, and some new software on the old server, and I've no monitor at the moment for either of my backup machines, so my connection to the outside world will be severed for a couple hours.

Don't let it fall off of the cliff while I'm gone, y'all!

That's one person that I do feel sorry for, if Cosmicpixie
had never brought this here, then this 134 page wrestling
match may of never started!!
I certainly don't blame Cosmic, she like many others -saw
the breaking news and reacted like so may others of us.

The down-side, I suppose was the doubt that was blown her
way, but I know the serious ones here kept it to a minimum.

I see Judy's co-hort in all this is banging on about his radio

No... it's not as simple as that, there's a subcarrier bag
and some other techinical things that I hope you'll not
realise are just junk-jargon words, that will imply that
I'm an astronomer.

Anyway, those damned Eygptians will ruin the signal
and then lie about it.
