I do agree with this however lets face it, the militias tend to be well trained and many have various plans that all members know. If a resistance were to form against the government then the militias, along with soldiers not on side with the government would provide the leaders.

This martial law talk has been going on for MANY years
I had a friend from Virginia who talked the same talk 10+ years ago,
forgive me for saying this, but I think this narrative is more common to certain regions,
it creates excitement and exhilaration, nothing like impending doom to extenuate
the senses...
Remember the BEST and most ABSOLUTE form of control is the control that is undetectable...

I highly doubt it in this case.

Look at the location, the timing, the whole picture. While I certainly think something more than is played out, or will play out is at hand, I think this, as a use to undermine the newly resurrected militia ideals, is not probable. While not out of the question, the reasoning behind this does not seem to be an American for militia or libertarianism, tea party, etc. It's out of place and out of context.

All they have so far is a white male so it's ahrd to speculate on the motives of the perpertrator. If it turns out to be a militia guy or someone with ties to a militia then i think it makes my suggestion more likely. If it turns out it is not a militia guy then i'll have egg firmly upon my face

Still a little speculation is sometimes healthy right?

Would appear that your Militia are being victimized and smeared of late .But here is another angle to consider , look at the timing of the Iranian Presidents visit to NYC and no I am not implying Iranian involvement in any way .Just a universal coincidence that all .
