Thanks for posting that video.....it's always interesting to look at such things (see embedded YT video below).

At 1st pass, I'm thinking:

- Moving clouds are obfuscating the direction of these objects

- The smaller objects moving from left to right might be birds.....I think flapping is apparent intermittently

- The larger object moving from top to bottom could be a satellite, or perhaps the ISS

If the observers were expecting a pass by the ISS, that could explain why they "just happened" to be out there filming at the right time.

If we knew the exact location & time pertaining to the video, we could check for a suitable ISS pass.

What the heck is all that beeping at different frequencies?

And to the OP, there's nothing to "debunk" in this video. Anything that you can't identify would be unidentified, but at the same time, tiny dots moving around the sky could be any number of things and one can't automatically assume they are alien just because they are unidentified.

Seen this footage before, This is not real thier on a mountain recording Footage above the clouds at the small towns below.
