Pretty cool... I especially liked the 5th and 8th pics.

Good post.

It is so sad that the best space flight technology is circa 1980. Quite amazing though. I saw several launches in person.

Really crazy that we are retiring the program and have no other way of reaching space other than renting space from Russia.

Problem is the budget for them is zero $.

Get a real budget, and we will have a real replacement.

That's my point.....Russia can continue flights to space and we can't. Plenty of nations know how to get there, affording it is the difference.

Just sad.

I'd have to say, #7 is my favorite, followed by #9 because of the blueish sunbeam (at least I think that's what it is).
