Gotta fatten up the kids then so they won't get sent to some hellhole.

Once sushi and traditional Japanese green tea is on the cafeteria's menu, then our kids are in trouble.

you know why it is a problem? There are several reasons:

1. bad parenting
2. it is easy to access fast food
3. government doesn't want to regulate fast food industry because they don't want american's revolting like in Thailand and Greece. Keep 'em fat and lazy.

I swear I seen 9 year old kids that are huge. It is sad.

Umm.sorry but i cant agree there are any benefits at all, to humans or cows, male or female using growth hormones...

and yes i agree with the statement that in many ways its the parents fault as they should be able to start their children off in life with the best possible nutrition.. but then one has to look at media and advert of junk foods and pre packaged chemical laden crap that aim their psychological impressions onto children who then beg nag and scream to get the item they have seen tv kids enjoying..and many parents give in to avoid a scene in the middle of the store, or for a quiet life, or just out of sheer laziness..there are far more than just a couple of causes for this 'trend' and those causes arent always so black and white.
