Howdy :)

Hey, folks.

I've been lurking for a while now, trying to get a feel for the place so I don't leap in and land with my foot crammed halfway down my throat.

There's a lot of interesting stuff going on here and I see many of my interests covered.

So what do I like? Well, the Apocalypse--be it with or without zombies, history, lost civilizations, the paranormal, survival techniques, and anything else that strikes my fancy at any given moment. Politics isn't really my thing because it's simply too broken and corrupt and just winds up invoking my temper.

When I'm not messing with the internet, I'm usually trying to write something clever, exploring the great outdoors with my dog, or doing my impression of a couch potato, book firmly in hand.

So, I'm glad to be here. *waves*

We do have quite the nice writting forums so feel free to post some short stories if that's your forte.

As for the rest of the topics, they come and go, but politics is big and I'm sure you'll eventually jump into the fray .
