OK contrary to what I said on pg 1 I have seen it. Didn't pay though


It's better than the worst ones in the series (2,4,5,6) but has nothing on the best in the series (1,3,7).

IMO...they are remaking the wrong Elm St anyway...they should have done number 3..."Dream Warriors."

That was my personal favorite...and what could be done with special effects these days would make it cool if done right.


Don't forget the awesome Dokken song....


I think I'll wait for DVD on this one... I'm a big horror fan, but I like my Freddy tall and lanky, not short and baggy....and the voice (from the trailer) just sounded all wrong to me...

I kinda liked The Nightmare on Elm Street remake it was better than many remakes
