I agree with your theory, it makes a lot of sense, and anyone could be blamed for it. I too have some contacts who have told me to hunker down, and stock up on groceries and stuff. Wouldn't surprise me in the least if TPTB did a thing like this, and we can see that the house of cards world economy is beginning to fall under it's own weight. A real significant thing to me is a Cameron was elected to be PM of Britain. Reasearch that name out if you really want to go down a rabbit's hole.
