The Man Who Could Survive Being Impaled by a Sword

This guy could survive being impaled by rapier swords, other swords, spears etc. X-Rays were taken to prove the items were truly inside of him and they appeared to pierce organs! Yet he performed these feats as a regular thing.

Science of course has come to give a very probable explanation, that he developed tunnels of scar tissue for the swords to pass through but this is still incredible. The pain he must have gone through to achieve that is simply astounding.

Makes David Blaine's endurance feats look a little rubbish really lol.

EDIT

Edited to add that some of the pictures of the guy are with swords through him so don't click the link if you are sensitive in nature.

What about puncturing lungs??
Looks like that would have been a regular occurrance for him.

Yeah it's incredible but it seems the tunnels of scar tissue solved that problem. He died when a needle he swallowed had to be removed and complications resulted in his heart bleeding. I don't think the guy was magical, but the endurance he must have had is something to admire.

It just goes to show what the human body can take and what the mind can block out!

In this short video, they suggest how the guy might have managed to do that.
