Obama ups military aid to Arab League states

WASHINGTON — The administration of President Barack Obama has proposed an increase in U.S. military aid for several Arab League states.

The administration has submitted a proposed budget for fiscal 2011 that included military assistance increases for Bahrain, Libya, Morocco, Oman and Yemen. Officials said several Middle East countries also received forward funding over the last year as part of the Foreign Military Financing program.

Under the budget proposed by the State Department, U.S. military aid to Bahrain would increase from $8 million in fiscal 2009 to $19.5 million next year. The U.S. Navy maintains its Fifth Fleet in Bahrain, regarded as the poorest of the six GCC states.

Oman would also see a significant increase in 2011. Officials said U.S. military aid would rise from $7 million in 2009 to $13 million in 2011.

U.S. military aid to Yemen would increase from $12.5 million in 2010 to $35 million in 2011. Officials said Yemen would receive a range of helicopters as well as special operations forces training.

Libya would see an increase in U.S. military assistance from $150,000 to $250,000 in 2011. Officials said the rise would enable U.S. military training of Libyan forces.

Morocco would receive a nearly three-fold aid increase from 2009. The North African kingdom would receive $9 million in U.S. military assistance in fiscal 2011, up from $3.6 million in 2009.


The U.S. military aid level for Egypt would remain at $1.3 billion in 2011. Israel would receive $3 billion, up from $2.775 billion in 2010.


The State Department recommended a reduction in U.S. military aid for Jordan, Lebanon and Tunisia. Jordan would receive $300 million in 2011, down from $335 million in 2009.

U.S. military aid to Lebanon in 2011 was allocated at $100 million, down from $159.7 million in 2009. Officials said the administration and Congress were concerned that U.S. weapons to Lebanon would end up with the Iranian-sponsored Hizbullah.

The biggest proportional decrease in U.S. military aid was allocated for Tunisia. The administration has asked for $4.9 million in military aid to Tunis, a drop of more than $10 million since 2010.

The State Department said the United States forwarded hundreds of millions of dollars in military aid over the last year. Officials said Israel received advanced funding of $555 million for fiscal 2010; Egypt, $260 million, and Jordan, $150 million.

In Australia, Norway, Sweden and other Western nations, there is a distinct race-based crime in motion being ignored by the diversity police: Islamic men are raping Western women for ethnic reasons. We know this because the rapists have openly declared their sectarian motivations.

When a number of teenage Australian girls were subjected to hours of sexual degradation during a spate of gang rapes in Sydney that occurred between 1998 and 2002, the perpetrators of these assaults framed their rationale in ethnic terms. The young victims were informed that they were "sluts" and "Aussie pigs" while they were being hunted down and abused.

In Australia's New South Wales Supreme Court in December 2005, a visiting Pakistani rapist testified that his victims had no right to say no, because they were not wearing a headscarf. And earlier this year Australians were outraged when Lebanese Sheik Faiz Mohammed gave a lecture in Sydney where he informed his audience that rape victims had no one to blame but themselves. Women, he said, who wore skimpy clothing, invited men to rape them.

A few months earlier, in Copenhagen, Islamic mufti and scholar, Shahid Mehdi created uproar when * like his peer in Australia * he stated that women who did not wear a headscarf were asking to be raped. And with haunting synchronicity in 2004, the London Telegraph reported that visiting Egyptian scholar Sheik Yusaf al-Qaradawi claimed female rape victims should be punished if they were dressed immodestly when they were raped.
He added, "For her to be absolved from guilt, a raped woman must have shown good conduct."

In Norway and Sweden, journalist Fjordman warns of a rape epidemic. Police Inspector Gunnar Larsen stated that the steady increase of rape-cases and the link to ethnicity are clear, unmistakable trends. Two out of three persecutions for rape in Oslo are immigrants with a non-Western background and 80 percent of the victims are Norwegian women.

In Sweden, according to translator for Jihad Watch, Ali Dashti, "Gang rapes, usually involving Muslim immigrant males and native Swedish girls, have become commonplace." A few weeks ago she said, "Five Kurds brutally raped a 13-year-old Swedish girl."

In France, Samira Bellil broke her silence * after enduring years of repeated gang rapes in one of the Muslim populated public housing projects * and wrote a book, In the hell of the tournantes, that shocked France. Describing how gang rape is rampant in the banlieues, she explained to Time that, "any neighborhood girl who smokes, uses makeup or wears attractive clothes is a whore."

How Widespread Is Female Genital Mutilation?

The discovery of widespread FGM in Iraqi Kurdistan suggests the assumption to be incorrect that FGM is primarily an African phenomenon with only marginal occurrence in the eastern Islamic world. If FGM is practiced at a rate of nearly 60 percent by Iraqi Kurds, then how prevalent is the practice in neighboring Syria where living conditions and cultural and religious practices are comparable?

According to Fran Hosken, late founder of the Women's International Network News and author of groundbreaking research on FGM in 1975, "There is little doubt that similar practices—excision, child marriage, and putting rock salt into the vagina of women after childbirth—exist in other parts of the Arabian Peninsula and around the Persian Gulf." That no firsthand medical records are available for Saudi Arabia or from any other countries in that region does not mean that these areas are free of FGM, only that the societies are not free enough to permit formal study of societal problems.

That diplomats and international aid workers do not detect FGM in other societies also should not suggest that the problem does not exist. After all, FGM was prevalent in Iraqi Kurdistan for years but went undetected by the World Health Organization, UNICEF, and many other international NGOs in the region. Perhaps the most important factor enabling an NGO to uncover FGM in Iraqi Kurdistan was the existence of civil society structures and popular demand for individual rights. Such conditions simply do not exist in Syria, Saudi Arabia, or even the West Bank and Gaza where local authorities fight to constrain individual freedoms rather than promote them.

The UK taxpayers will now be paying thousands of pounds to provide free surgery for women who have been the victims of female genital mutilation. Advertisements will be placed so that women who have suffered through this abomination to their sexuality can hear of and take advantage of the program.

So why has female castration, which has been illegal in Britain since 1985, now being inflicted upon women and young girls in epidemic proportions? The answer, though deceptively left out of the below/last article, is clear = the huge increase in muslim immigrants into Great Britain and the subsequent high birth rate their immigration brings. But the other glaring question is - whilst female genital mutilation is illegal & with the mushrooming number of cases of needed reconstructive surgery - why has no one been prosecuted for breaking British law? (Even when a $40,000 bounty is offered for the first prosecution)

Other European countries, with increased muslim populations, have also been forced to deal with the abomination of female genital mutilation (FGM). French hospitals, also funded by national welfare, are being sought by castrated women for gential reconstructive surgery.: "In recent years around 2,800 women who immigrated to France from Africa or second generation immigrants, of the age group between 18 and 50, have turned to hospitals and centres in Paris and Nantes funded by national welfare to have their genitals reconstructed, devastated by the practice of female genital mutilation (FGM).

This plot of stealth jihad has obviously worked, as thousands of dhimmis programmed by lefty liberal media are making the rounds, spewing out this anti-infidel hate speech like so many trained robots. These programmed individuals are holding up human progress--and are potentially complicit in the possible destruction of true human civilization. They need to be shaken out of their denial stupor.

It is blatantly obvious that these PC propagandists do not care about the human rights of people objecting to their countries being turned into hellholes like much of the Islamic world. They are only concerned with coddling Muslim fanatics who would just as soon see them turned into slaves.

As Americans, Religious Tolerance is a freedom we are proud of. However, Islam views American Freedoms as weaknesses, and they have imposed themselves upon us. Islam creates people who will always believe that it is thier God Given Right and duty, to attack you if you do not, or will not convert to Islam... because THAT is what Islam teaches as the Word of God!

Europe is very close to be being out breed by Muslims and in many countries they are.

In the UK over one third of all babies born, are now Muslim of some type.

In the US the numbers are not that high for Muslims but their conversion rate is very high amongst minorities and minority babies now out number the number of white babies born each year.
