The phrase is not the question, Aaron. The question is the essence of the phrase. More to the point, what is the essence of the phrase - that is the real question. The answer of which, is waiting in the phrase itself.

The purpose of your experience with that person was exactly that. The experience. What you expressed together and shared together is what has given you the strength and understanding of truly being at peace.

Although you have lost this person, please do not worry, enjoy life to the fullest knowing that what they gave you has defined you in every facet and in essence you are now both of you and must live while you can
