Lets face it folks , we hate having to get up in the morning and work for a living more then we did waking up and having to go to school .

well the normal kind of folks , ( not the rich ones and the ones who have it easy pf course )

A buddy of mine actually managed to call out of work saying that he had the T-Virus.
His boss thought it was some kind of flu, so she told him to stay home.
I about busted a stitch when I heard that.

that is good one .....


before i left new york for norway i told my boss that my grandparents died together , truth be known i was in the middle of moving to norway, but i did get the time off . i just never came back .

( my grandfather did die but not til 2 years later and grandmas still alive .)

That could backfire...as undead, he wouldn't have to take bathroom or smoke breaks, or even sleep....so he could work forever! (or at least as long as the corpse held up...)

When I was 18 I did 12hr shifts and used to go straight out partying, so it used to take it's toll, anyway I rang in one day and just said I had been out all night and was knackered so i'm not coming in! honesty is the best policy sometimes, and I never got the sack!

Indeed, when you're drunk or have a hangover they don't want you show how less productive you are but will take your word for it.
